D.C. is 4th best place to live in the country

The U.S. News & World Report unveiled the Best Places to Live in 2017 and Washington, D.C. scored high at the number four spot! I mean, we already knew this was a fantastic city to live in, but we love hearing it recognized! Woo woo!

The 2017 Best Places to Live were determined in part by a public survey of thousands of individuals across the U.S. to find out what qualities they consider important in a home town. The methodology also factors in data from the United States Census Bureau, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Labor Statistics, as well as U.S. News rankings of the Best High Schools and Best Hospitals.

Obviously we are not surprised by the numbers, but we miiiight be a bit biased ;) You can find out all the specifics on how D.C. ranks here.

Take a look at the top 10:

  1. Austin, TX
  2. Denver, CO
