D.C. ranked in top 10 cities for celebrating New Year's Eve

I have to admit that New Year's Eve is my least favorite "holiday." Prices are jacked up on everything, the champs is usually not the best quality and everything is overcrowded leading to lots of elbow jabs and feet being stepped on. I'll take a night at home with friends over that all.the.time!
