2 Birds 1 Stone Celebrates 4th Birthday: 2 birds 1 stone, underground cocktail bar within Doi Moi, is celebrating its 4th birthday with a cocktail-fueled anniversary bash from 7p.m.-midnight. Bar Director Adam Bernbach will serve up some of his favorite festive cocktails — all only $6 all night — such as frozen Piña Coladas, Aperol Spritz punch, Watermelon punch and Dark & Stormys. The bar is usually closed on Mondays, so it’s an extra-special occasion! The birthday bash is free to attend and open to the public.

A Night in Iceland at Honeysuckle: Join the team at Honeysuckle as they spend an evening celebrating the Icelandic cuisine and culture. Enjoy a three course communal dinner consisting of some traditional Icelandic fare...such as cured fish, meats, and most important, Icelandic lamb. Along with Icelandic Brennivin and Birch schnapps there will be Icelandic cocktails and beers.

Washington Nationals vs. Miami Marlins: What's better than an after work baseball game?? Head to Nationals Park to cheer on the Washington Nationals as they take on the Miami Marlins. Game starts at 7:05 p.m.

Beer Yoga at Port City Brewing Company: Head to Port City to stretch it out at 7 p.m. for Beer Yoga. There is a $20 registration fee that covers the class and a post-yoga pint. Only 40 spots for Beer Yoga, so make sure to sign up soon!

202Creates Opening Night: Mayor Muriel Bowser will launch the second annual 202Creates month during an Opening Night celebration at D.C.'s newest retro-themed venue, Decades. 202Creates is a city-wide effort showcasing the District’s diverse and vibrant creative community. Through an array of events taking place during the month of September, 202Creates highlights the artists, tastemakers, and entrepreneurs who contribute to the city’s creative economy throughout the year.
