This eight-year-old gal has quite a story. Her life began in Puerto Rico living with a family. Three days before Hurricane Maria made landfall, her family left her with a neighbor. Musa survived the hurricane, but her family did not return to care for her. Soon, Musa found herself on a rescue transport to Washington, DC, and is now at the Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) where she can’t wait to find a new forever family.
Musa LOVES to go for walks, runs and generally be active! Her sweet, fun-loving temperament makes her a perfect partner for an active adult; however, “sharing” her food bowl and other resources is not her strong suit, so she would be best in a home without small children. While she loves adventures, she will be thrilled with her own home where she can curl up on the couch with her new human family. If you are over 50 years old, HRA will waive the adoption fee as part of their Boomers’ Buddies program.
Stop by HRA’s Oglethorpe Street Adoption Center and meet Musa!
