Brew at the Zoo: Drink beer. Save wildlife! Join Friends of the National Zoo at Washington, D.C.'s best beer festival on July 20. Enjoy great times and great brews with unlimited beer tastings from more than 70 breweries, exotic animal encounters, live music and entertainment, and fare from popular food trucks—it's a unique after-hours Zoo experience.

Jane Krakowski & Tituss Burgess at the Kennedy Center: Award-winning actors and Broadway veterans Tituss Burgess and Jane Krakowski bring their one-of-a-kind chemistry to the NSO, singing hits from the stage and screen for one unforgettable performance. With special guest Judah Friedlander.

Long Island Medium, Theresa Caputo at MGM National Harbor: Theresa Caputo, best known for her television show, “Long Island Medium,” will take the stage at the MGM National Harbor on Thursday, July 20 at 8 p.m.

Cabaret at the Kennedy Center: As part of their 50th Anniversary Season, the critically acclaimed and award-winning Roundabout Theatre Company is proud to present Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall's 1998 Tony Award–winning production of Cabaret. Welcome to the infamous Kit Kat Klub, where the Emcee, Sally Bowles, and a raucous ensemble take the stage nightly to tantalize the crowd and leave their troubles outside. But as life in pre-WWII Germany grows more and more uncertain, will the decadent allure of Berlin nightlife be enough to get them through their dangerous times? Show starts at 8 p.m.

Union Market pop-up Gorsha with Kwame Onuwachi: New Ethiopian fast casual eatery, Gorsha, is now open at Union Market (1309 5th Street NE). With his signature taco-inspired injera pockets and customizable bowls, founder and chef Hiyaw Gebreyohannes is excited to introduce Washingtonians to his modern spin on traditional Ethiopian cuisine. To celebrate Gorsha’s launch, Gebreyohannes will offer one free injera pocket to the first 20 guests in line this Saturday and Sunday, June 17 and 18.

Rodgers & Hammerstein's The King and I at the Kennedy Center: Lincoln Center Theater's critically acclaimed production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's The King and I, directed by Tony Award winner Bartlett Sher, won four 2015 Tony Awards including Best Revival of a Musical. One of Rodgers & Hammerstein's finest works, the production boasts a score featuring beloved classics "Getting To Know You," "I Whistle a Happy Tune," "Hello Young Lovers," "Shall We Dance," and "Something Wonderful."
