The Darcy’s Pop-Up Flower Bar: The Darcy’s Pop-Up Flower Bar is a family-friendly event showcasing D.C.’s commitment to local, authentic experiences. In partnership with D.C. flower delivery start-up UrbanStems, the Darcy is excited to host this spring event from 4:30-6:00 p.m allowing visitors to build their very own flower arrangement. Proceeds will go to Safe Shores children’s charity, and The Darcy will also be serving cocktail tastings in the lobby from 5-6 p.m. that evening.

Game of Thrones Night at Nats Park: Winter may have already arrived in Westeros, but at Nationals Park the summer officially kicks off with Game of Thrones Night on June 23 when the Nationals face the Cincinnati Reds. The first 20,000 fans will get a Nationals-themed Game of Thrones T-shirt and they'll get a chance to visit an authentic Iron Throne right at Nationals Park.

Jazz in the Garden: Jazz in the Garden takes place in the Sculpture Garden on the grounds of the National Gallery of Art every Friday evening from 5 - 8:30 p.m. An eclectic mix of jazz is performed by top Washington-area artists. During jazz concerts, the Pavilion Café offers a special menu of creative American cuisine and refreshments. Admission is free.

Giant National Capital BBQ Battle: You know summer is officially here when it is the Giant National Capital Barbecue Battle time! On June 24 and 25, Pennsylvania Avenue will transform into a festival filled with amazing BBQ, drinks and music!

6th Annual Vine on the Waterfront Festival: The 6th Annual Vine on the Waterfront Food & Wine Festival is ready to take to the banks of Alexandria’s waterfront from 12 - 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 24th. The festival is a community-based event featuring tastes of local foods and wine, as well as artisans, a Children’s Corner, and live entertainment by the Alan Scott Band and Andy Hawk & The Train Wreck Endings. The event will transform Oronoco Bay Park into a lively festival easily accessible by car, Metrorail or Dash Bus.

WMZQ Fest: The biggest country stars will take over Jiffy Lube Live for a night of music and fun! This year, WMZQ Fest will feature, Lady Antebellum, Kelsea Ballerini, and Brett Young.
