TWB Welcomes: The Washington Ballet's Artistic Director Julie Kent invites celebrated artists from the dance world to share the stage with the TWB company. With two distinct “set lists,” the production will differ for each performance, giving audiences the opportunity to see different casts and works that showcase the evolution of classical ballet covering the last 100+ years. Performances run from Thursday through Sunday. Tickets start at $25.

Hamilton Hotel's Oktoberfest: During Oktoberfest, patrons will have the opportunity to taste fresh crafted German Beer, Spaten Oktoberfest, paired with classic food offerings, such as a warm Bavaria pretzel with deli mustard, spicy brown mustard, jalapeno beer cheese; the Chicago frankfurter topped with tomatoes, pickle spear, neon relish, sport peppers, onions, and celery salt; and a Bratwurst with wrapped bacon, DC Brau caramelized onions, sour kraut and sweet brown spicy mustard. Running now through October 7. Every Friday guests will experience a traditional German accordion player with a full ensemble. Free to attend.
Truckeroo: Enjoy the last Truckeroo, a monthly festival held at The Bullpen, of the season. Truckeroo is a free, family- friendly event showcasing the hottest food trucks in the area, with live music, cold drinks, games and more. Free to attend.

Coffee Festival: Colada Shop is kicking off its first annual Coffee Festival as an opportunity for coffee aficionados to experience novel coffee creations and learn skills such as cupping and perfecting making caffeinated cocktails. Enjoy everything from mezclas de café to coffee cocktails. The festival runs from September 29 through October 7. Free to attend.
Mastro's Steakhouse & Wine Dinner: Enjoy a five-course dinner prepared by executive chef Rob Klink paired with some of RDV Vineyards' finest wine selections. Tickets are $145.
Maryland Renaissance Festival: Enter the gates of Revel Grove and leave the hectic pace of the twenty-first century behind. Slow down. Leisurely stroll the beautiful wooded paths. Quaff an ale and relax in one of the pubs. Shop for unique, handcrafted gifts. Let the kids play in the free children’s area – complete with a beautiful pirate ship. You won’t find any video games here! No mind-numbing computer-generated special effects. The magic, pageantry, songs, and laughter are all real. Tickets start at $22.
Oyster Wars: The Salt Line and Other Half Brewing Company will host the second annual Oyster Wars showcasing the talents of some of the best chefs, breweries, and oyster farms along the eastern seaboard. Tickets are $55 and include all you can eat oysters and tastings from chefs and oyster farms.
CUSP Styling: Contemporary designer, Amanda Uprichard is hosting a meet and greet at CUSP complete with sips, sweets and even styling consultations with the designer. Free to attend.

4th annual Oktoberfest at Wunder Garten: Wunder Garten will host their 4th Annual Oktoberfest from Friday, September 28 through Sunday, September 30th. This year’s celebrations include a big celebration on Saturday night and a Dogtoberfest on Sunday alongside a weekend of traditional German food, games, beer and pet-friendly events. Enjoy live Oktoberfest music and Bavarian-style beers like Spaten, Weihenstephaner, and Hofbräuhaus. Free to attend.
