Blue Duck Tavern
Blue Duck Tavern is offering a special three-course holiday meal on Christmas. Start your meal with a selection of seafood, cheese and charcuterie. Then as a main course, choose between your choice of an entree and family-style side dishes. The desserts will be prepared by pastry chef Colleen Murphy. The pre-fixe dinner costs $135 per person for adults and $55 per child. BDT is also serving breakfast and lunch on Christmas.
The Hay-Adams is offering a buffet-style Christmas brunch -- yum -- for $130 per person and $60 per child. Enjoy ribeye or ham at the carving station, as well as a variety of seafood, salads, pastas and a spread of desserts! The full menu can be viewed here.
Cafe Berlin is offering seating at 2 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Christmas. There will be a fixed menu complete with German-inspired dishes, such as Wiener schnitzel, Christmas goose, pork loin, braised beef roast, salmon, gnocchi and boar leg. Choose from a selection of cakes and other sweet treats for dessert. Dinner costs $55 per person.
From 12-4 p.m. on Christmas Day, Muze is offering a buffet. There will be a Belgian waffle station, salads, cheese and charcuterie, seafood, soups and a carving station filled to the brim with good eats. There will also be salmon, pork and duck dishes offered. Muze will also have a special kid’s buffet with pasta, chicken tenders, fries, cookies and cake. There is a fixed price of $95 for adults and $45 for children.
The Michelin-starred team at Plume is serving a three-course meal on Christmas that you won’t want to miss. Dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will cost $108 per person, and $58 per child. Dishes include cider-glazed Christmas ham or Martin’s prime strip steak, and a “Exotic Christmas Yule Log” for dessert.
City Perch Kitchen and Bar
City Perch is going all out with a four-course tasting menu from December 23rd-Christmas. For the first course, a spinach and ricotta gnudi, followed by a roasted beet and citrus salad. The third course is an herb-crusted prime rib, with Yukon gold potatoes and sauteed garlic spinach on the side. A decadent chocolate concord cake or an apple tarte tatin will wrap up the meal. To make the evening even more special, opt for the $30 wine pairing. Dinner costs $68.
Feliz Navidad! Mi Vida is celebrating Christmas with a special holiday menu. Fish and shrimp soup ($12) and empanadas ($14) are available to start, then a kale-and-ricotta-stuffed, bacon-wrapped turkey breast ($28) or seared cod ($31) are available for your entree. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a spiced apple cake for dessert ($10).
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse
Del Frisco’s will be open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Christmas with a special menu. Some highlights include the prime rib for an entree and family-style sides like lobster macaroni and cheese, creamed spinach and uptown del’s potato, with melted cheese and shaved truffles. Menu items are priced individually.
Mastro’s will be open on Christmas from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and serving up a Chateaubriand. The center-cut beef tenderloin will be sliced and served with mouthwatering béarnaise and peppercorn sauces. Sip on a “Holiday Cheer” cocktail during dinner, made with Tito's vodka, Kerrigold Irish cream, Kahlua and Licor 43 in a martini glass rimmed with cinnamon, sugar and graham cracker.
Morton's will be open on Christmas from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. For $59, nom on a "steak and lobster oscar" topped with béarnaise sauce. If surf and turf isn’t your thing, the chef is also offering a bacon steak topped with a sweet mustard glaze. Accompany your meal with a “Holiday Bliss” cocktail, made with Grey Goose vodka, Passoa passion fruit liqueur, cranberry juice, lemon juice and Prosecco. The drink is served in a dry ice smoking light bulb -- how cool!
