If there is one thing we know with 110 percent certainty it's that D.C. loves its brunches! And will defend it with a vengeance against any naysayer. So if there is an opportunity to to combine a visit to a winery with a little brunch action, that is something we are pretty positive D.C. will go bananas over -- while they eat their caramelized bananas and carbs!

As of this Saturday, October 28, District Winery's restaurant, Ana, will be serving up brunch. The brunch will highlight chefs Benjamin Lambert and Michael Gordon's affinity for contemporary American cuisine and international flavors, with an eclectic menu ranging from green tomato shakshuka with poached eggs, feta, cherry tomato and green harissa to nutella french toast and Crab Beignets with Maryland crab, roasted carrots and Indian romesco.
