Bourbon Steak's Beverage Director Sarah Rosner was born in Hawaii, so tiki plays a large influence in her beverage program. The "Tiki Tiki" mocktail is made with grapefruit, cinnamon and lemon, and will transport you to a beach far, far away. (Image: Courtesy Bourbon Steak)

At the new Punch Bowl Social in Arlington, there's plenty of fun to be had with or without drinks (arcade games and karaoke, anyone?), but there are a few different non-alcoholic drink options as well. Made with fresh cilantro, housemade jalapeno and cucumber syrup, lime juice and aquafaba, the "Cilantro Fizz" drink is great if you are looking for something with a bit of a bite. The "Thai Iced Tea" (on left) at modern sushi restaurant O-Ku is truly a labor of love. It consists of Ceylon tea mixed with star anise, cardamom and ground tamarind, brewed with cinnamon, vanilla, and demerara sugar. For a rich touch, housemade hazel nut cream can be added for a luscious dairy-free taste. Available by request. (Image: Courtesy O-Ku){ }
At Dirty Habit, there's a "Kicking the Habit" section for mocktails. The "Pinita Colada" should be your choice to achieve that "on vacay" feeling. It's made with{ } coconut cream, pineapple, lime, mint and soda, and is available all day. It's a perfect accompaniment to their everyday brunch menu too. (Image: Courtesy Dirty Habit){ }
At Chloe, Beverage Manager Tyler Mitchell has created several standout mocktails, but we are partial to the "Not Tested on Animals." It's a concoction of aloe vera, tarragon and ginger - perfect if you want a refreshing drink that leans savory. (Image: Courtesy Chloe){ }
Even though the menu changes frequently at Equinox, there is usually a rotating selection of four mocktails. A current highlight is the "Moroccan Winter Escape" with pomegranate,{ }lemon, cardamom and sparkling water.{ }(Image: Simo Ahmadi/Equinox){ }
All Purpose Capitol Riverfront offers a selection of mocktails too, and perfect for the winter is the "Hot Cider": a non-boozy drink made with Pennsylvania cider and mulling spices. (Image: Courtesy All Purpose){ }

An eye-catching drink if there ever was one, is this{ } technicolor tea made from{ } butterfly pea flower, which changes from a deep blue to a vibrant violet with the addition of citrus. Find it at Doi Moi/Bird's Eye. (Image: Raisa Aziz/ Doi Moi)

At the new avatar of Hazel, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors are the focus. This extends to their beverages as well, and the "Lebanese Horchata" is a perfectly Mediterranean mocktail. Made with sesame, sahlab (a popular Lebanese powder that's made from a{ } flower) and cinnamon, this creamy concoction is unique and interesting. (Image: Courtesy Hazel){ }

Go green at The Oval Room with the "Green with Envy" mocktail made with celery, sassafras syrup, fresh lime and ginger. It's refreshing, healthy and the perfect shade of green for the 'gram! (Image: Courtesy The Oval Room){ }

The bartenders at Firefly take advantage of their on-site garden to make creative non-alcoholic drinks. Take "The Herbivore" made with herbs they grow, for example. It's a beautiful botanical mocktail featuring{ }Thai basil-infused lemon juice, hibiscus-rose tincture and freshly pressed lemonade. (Image: Courtesy FireFly){ }

Bar Deco's "Lavender Lemonade" is made using agave, lemon, rosemary and non-alcoholic lavender bitters, all topped with soda. Beverage Manager Michael Rovezzi also says he's always happy to make something sans spirits for guests to sip on based on their specific tastes, likes and dislikes. At the bar that gave us sound aged whiskey, the passion extends to mocktails as well.{ }The "No Booze Included #2" at the{ }Quadrant Bar & Lounge in the Ritz-Carlton Washington DC is made of pineapple juice, strawberry syrup and coconut syrup -- perfect for those times when you want something just a tad sweet! At Red's Table in Reston, the lake views are fantastic for sipping on a "Mango Lasso," made with fresh mango and honey blended with yogurt and cream and topped with allspice. If you are a fan of Indian mango lassis, this one is for you. (Image: Courtesy Red's Table){ }
At Bresca, mocktail innovation comes in the form of the "Orion's Belt," made with Earl Gray syrup, lemon, tonic and coconut espuma, which is coconut milk, coconut water, gelatin, lime, salt and sugar.{ } (Image: Courtesy Bresca){ }
