Welcome to June, the first official month of summer! As we welcome in this new season, keep your body moving while enjoying the great outdoors and sunshine. Given D.C.'s tendency towards insane humidity, you'll want to do this workout early in the morning or later in the evening.
This workout combines running and strength exercises. If you get bored of simply going on long steady runs, this workout will mix things up and keep you motivated and focused. In total, you'll be running for just under 25 minutes. Make sure to warm up before this run and to cool down and stretch when you're done.
