Awesome Con: Time to let your inner-nerd out at the 7th annual. Awesome Con, a comic-con that embraces all aspects of pop culture, with a variety of comic books, collectibles, toys, games, original art, cosplay, and more. Celebrity guests include Anthony Michael Hall, Cole Sprouse, Creed Bratton, Lou Ferrigno, Milo Ventimiglia, “Weird Al” Yankovic and more. Tickets start at $40.
Tulip Display: For one weekend only, The Park at CityCenter will be transformed into an interactive, urban garden covered in more than 40,000 tulips. Guests are welcome to visit the Field of Tulips April 26 – April 28 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. Free to attend, pick tulips for $1 a stem.
Georgetown French Market: Dust off your berets and practice your double cheek kiss for the 16th annual Georgetown French Market. Each spring, Book Hill boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, salons and galleries display their discounted wares in an inviting open-air market, evoking the outdoor markets of Paris. Neighborhood restaurants will also offer specials and French fare, including sweet and savory crepes, grilled merguez sausages, pastries and macaron. Free to attend.

Georgetown House Tour: The 88th annual Georgetown House Tour, co-Chaired by Hannah Isles and Kelly Stavish, will open the doors to nine of Georgetown's most beautiful and historic private residences. No two houses on the tour are alike and vary widely in size. The tour, which began in 1931, is believed to be the oldest house tour in the nation. Tickets start at $40.
Rosé All Day: Join Cork for their annual Rosé wine tasting class featuring Italian and French wines from Potomac Selections and Rosenthal Imports. You'll taste 8 wines perfect for patio drinking. Tickets are $75.
Crawfish Boil: Let the Good Times Boil, at Chef David Guas' annual Crawfish Boil at Bayou Bakery! Enjoy live music from Laissez Foure, Louisiana crawfish, corn on the cob, spicy potatoes, tangy coleslaw, quarter Muff-a-lottas and sweet and savory cornbread. Tickets are $35.

Spring Pastry Class: Join Centrolina as Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart prepares light treats to celebrate the new season's best flavors. You'll learn to make: Torta Pasqualina, Tiramisu al Limone, Bocconotti and Bignè alle Fragola. Tickets are $45.
